Wind
Walkers Guild was conceived from an aging mind that waded (up to my
armpits) in the swirling muddy water of the Arkansas River. This
activity was on the southern bank of the river east of the Dardanelle cotton gin
before the hydroelectric dam was installed. The swirling water
tornadoes in the river were called footprints from water walkers. Now that my child hood
playground has been rearranged so too have the footprints from water
walkers. One day this spring wind from a small spring storm collected pollen fronds from
pecan trees and swept them away, romantically bringing to mind
footprints from Wind Walkers.
Our MissionWind Walkers Guild is a non-profit public benefit, education and information distribution organization. By means of local activities, publications, research, conferences, educational programs, and policy development, we perpetuate the understanding that sapient beings and their behavior are fully caused, entirely natural phenomena, and that human flourishing is best achieved in the light of such understanding.
